Take a visit to the Mayam Lake which is a perfect location to spot forest birds. The region, in which the lake is located, is mostly beautiful countryside full of sleepy villages. The lake itself sits on wooded shores in a landscape of low hills. Birdlife is plentiful here, with a variety of birds making their home on the shores of the lake.
Go to Tikanem and find yourself surrounded with Orange-breasted Green Pigeon, Nilgiri Wood Pigeon, nesting Crested Serpent Eagle, Grey Nightjars, Pallid Harriers, Booted Eagle and both Greater and Indian Spotted Eagles.

Itinerary
- Start your trip at 6 AM, where you will be taken to Mayem lake. Enjoy the delicious and light breakfast and get prepped for your beautiful bird watching trip.
- Take a visit to the Mayam Lake which is a perfect location to spot forest birds. The region, in which the lake is located, is mostly beautiful countryside full of sleepy villages. - Return to your initial point by 1 PM.
